Your bottles. A new menu. Every day.

Oboose builds original cocktails from the bottles already behind your bar. Every drink measured, named and priced — and a QR code for the tables.

No card required.

A menu that never changes is a menu nobody reads twice.

Changing it means a night of trial and error, specs to dial back in, a layout to redo. So it stays. Regulars order the same drink, and six bottles gather dust on the back bar.

How it works

Three steps, one menu.

  1. Scan your bottles.

Point your phone at the barcode. That's it. No barcode, or a label in Japanese? Take a photo: Oboose reads it, and remembers it for every bar.

  2. Generate the menu.

Cocktails and alcohol-free drinks, from what you already have. You choose how many, the theme, the strength. Every drink is yours to edit.

  3. Publish.

A mobile page, a QR code for the tables, a printable PDF. The code never changes, even when the menu does.

The checks

A recipe is not a piece of writing.

Every drink clears the same checks before it reaches your menu.

Every bottle is one of yours.

If it isn't on your shelf, it isn't in the drink. No recipe you can't pour.

The build fits the glass.

Glass size checked, dilution counted in.

The ABV is recalculated.

Oboose works it out from the ingredients. It doesn't take the model's word for it.

Balance is measured, not guessed.

Perceived sweetness, titratable acidity, bitterness — and how the three interact, based on the psychophysics of taste. Sugar hides the bitterness of quinine far better than it hides gentian: Oboose knows the difference, and tells you when a drink will come out too bitter.

Nothing repeats.

No name you've used before, and no build too close to a recent one.

For your guests

What the table sees.

One scan opens the menu — no app to install. Guests answer a few questions and get the drink that suits them, or have one built for them alone, if you turn it on.

Their answers and their ratings shape your next menu.

Margins

You finally know what every drink costs to pour.

Add what the bottle cost you when you scan it. Oboose works out the pour cost of every cocktail, shows what you're making on it, and what to charge to hit the margin you want.

Common questions

Do I have to re-enter my whole stock?

No. Scan your bottles, or pick from a catalogue of 100 common bottles.

What if a bottle isn't recognised?

Take a photo of the label. Oboose identifies the bottle and adds it — and every other bar gets it too.

Can I edit the recipes?

All of it: name, tagline, garnish, price, running order. Nothing goes live until you say so.

Does the AI set my prices?

Never. You set the price bands, and each cocktail takes the band of its most premium ingredient.

What about allergens?

Worked out from the ingredients and shown on the public menu. You can correct them — you're the one who has to answer the guest.

Is my data used to train a model?

No. Your recipes and your stock stay yours.
